Refund & Cancelation Policy

  1. Reservation Confirmation:

    • A minimum deposit of 50% of the total room reservation value is required to confirm your booking.
    • Once we receive your deposit payment, an email will be sent to you from contact@theriverhome.vn to confirm your reservation.
  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • All bookings at The River Home are non-refundable.
    • In the event of a no-show or if you fail to arrive for your reservation, it will be considered as a room abandonment and no refund will be provided.
    • In case of unavoidable circumstances, kindly provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice before your check-in date for assistance.
    • With a minimum 7-day notice, we will help you keep your deposit and reschedule your stay within 6 months from the original check-in date. Please contact our hotline: 0967041019 for further assistance.
  3. Changes to Check-in/Check-out Dates and Guest Count Adjustment:

    • Should you need to change your check-in or check-out date, or require a room change, please contact our reservation department at 0967041019.
    • For any changes in the number of guests, please notify our reservation department at least 3 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
    • Please note that changes made after this time may result in a penalty as per our regulations.
  4. Refund Guarantee Policy:

    • If you have made a deposit and paid the full amount for your room reservation, but unforeseen circumstances prevent us from accommodating you, we will initiate a refund process.
    • Our staff will reach out to you via phone, email, and messages to ensure a smooth refund process.
  5. Important Note:

    • Please be aware that The River Home reserves the right to modify or cancel policies without prior notice.
    • We are not responsible for compensating damages, changes in dates or room types, or any consequences arising from force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, or epidemics.
