Important Note

Safety:

• Pool

Please note the pool doesn’t have a fence. So please be careful if you traveling with children and don’t leave them unattended at any time. We don’t have active life guard in the pool area. So always take precaution when using swimming pool.

• River

It is a riverside property and it is very important you take extra precaution at all times around the property. The swimming pool is 1.2 meters deep. The fishing pond is 3-4 meters deep and the river in front is deep. So please take extra care at all times and we don’t have active life guard on duty.

• Other Notice

Please note we are a very remote property so expect the very basic of country life of Vietnam. We have electricity which may not be very stable and we will use a generator if required. But there will be times during your stay where there may be no electricity. But its always nice up there with cool breeze and serenity. We also have lower water pressure and no hot water. However, the weather is pretty warm so most of the times it’s ok except shower late at night. Being remote property we don’t have access to shops of supermarkets closed by. We have a restaurant on site and we can send you a menu which has items you could choose from and our caretaker could cook for you. But please let us know one day in advance so we can prepare for you. We have wifi there but not strong.

But please note even all the difficulties or daily necessities which we don’t have but this stay would be an unforgettable stay for you which you could tell stories to your friends and families. This is truly a unique place to stay.
